Rental reporting

Review rental performance with the right report and period

A rent roll answers a different question from a Profit & Loss or Cash Flow report. Choose the view that matches your question, then review the property, period and underlying records.

01

Rent Roll: review the rental picture

Use the Rent Roll view to review rental information for the selected property. Before using the result in a decision, check the lease and rental records it draws on.

  • Choose the property you want to review
  • Check the relevant lease and rent information
  • Keep the reporting period consistent when comparing results

02

Profit & Loss: review income and expenses

Review recorded income, expense categories and the resulting operating figures for the selected dates. Profit & Loss is part of the financial reporting features available on eligible plans.

  • Property and date filters
  • Income and expense breakdowns
  • Figures that depend on complete, correctly categorized records

03

Cash Flow: examine money movement

Use Cash Flow alongside Profit & Loss when you need another view of the recorded financial activity. Review what each report includes before sharing it with a teammate or adviser.

  • A dedicated Cash Flow view on eligible plans
  • CSV and PDF export options
  • A record to discuss with your accountant, rather than a tax-filing guarantee
